Teresa is the best! I told her I had been rehabbing after foot surgery and wanted to gain strength and mobility so I could get back to hiking. She designed my program with my age and goals in mind. I have been working with Teresa for almost 8 weeks now, and I have seen huge improvement in my strength, balance, and mobility. I love the workout she designed for me, and I enjoy doing it! I was able to put my improved fitness to the test on a short hike recently, and I could really see the improvement in my strength and balance!
